The lawyers of the Punjab-Haryana High Court will be on strike on Monday and there will be no work in the High Court during this time. This decision has been taken against the attack on lawyers. In fact, on Friday evening, a fight took place in the motor market of Chandigarh's Sector 28. There was a clash between some people and lawyers in the market over something. A lawyer's leg was fractured in this fight.
However, the police have registered an FIR. But lawyers say that lighter sections were included in this FIR. The lawyers are demanding that sections 325 and 326 of the IPC be included in it. Angry over this, the lawyers will go on strike on Monday. Efforts will also be made to suspend Virak by talking to District Bar Associations of Haryana and Punjab.
