Representatives from Bharti Airtel engaged in interactive sessions with students, providing valuable insights into the corporate culture, various job roles, and career progression opportunities within the organization.Students underwent comprehensive skill assessments to evaluate their suitability for diverse job roles, followed by rigorous interview rounds conducted by Bharti Airtel's HR panel. A significant number of students received job offers from Bharti Airtel across different departments, showcasing the effectiveness of this collaboration. Puja Kathuria, Manager of Corporate Relations Cell, emphasized the success of the drive, stating, "A substantial percentage of participating students secured job placements, underscoring the university's commitment to enhancing employability and fostering career development.
