Desh Bhagat University Honors Meritorious 12th Grade Students

 

 

The Admissions Cell of Desh Bhagat University organized the Shining Star program today to honor students who achieved merit in the 12th-grade exams. At this felicitation ceremony for meritorious students, 85 students from SNAS School, Mandi Gobindgarh, and Green Field, Sirhind, were recognized.The chief guest from Desh Bhagat University, Vice President Dr. Harsh Sadawarti, honored the meritorious students with mementos and certificates, acknowledging their academic excellence. SNAS School teachers Varinder Singh and Gurkanwal Singh were also present at the event.Addressing the students, Dr. Harsh Sadawarti elaborated on the Shining Star program, stating that such events aim to encourage students toward better education by recognizing their achievements. He emphasized the importance of scoring well in the 12th-grade exams and highlighted that possessing skills is crucial when entering higher education. He mentioned that DBU helps in personal development along with skill-based knowledge. Providing career guidance to the students, he informed about the 200+ courses offered at DBU. Dr. Sadawarti mentioned that DBU provides world-class infrastructure and excellent placement opportunities. He described DBU as the best option for students from the surrounding areas and also offered the affordable fee structure. He advised the students that having a professional outlook after the 12th grade is essential and to approach their careers with a brand, strategy, and goal.
