The selection process spanned nearly three months. It began with the appointment of booth-level in-charges, followed by detailed consultations with senior leaders, former office-bearers, and local party workers. After collecting feedback from all stakeholders, the final list of Mandal Presidents was reviewed and approved by the BJP high command, ensuring a balanced and merit-based leadership team.

All newly appointed presidents took a solemn oath to work with honesty, dedication, and unwavering loyalty towards the party. They pledged to expand the reach of the BJP’s policies, welfare programs, and ideology down to every booth and every home, strengthening the party's grassroots presence in the district.

Mr. Verma highlighted that this structured and transparent selection was conducted under the collective leadership of senior BJP figures including Shri Vijay Rupani (Punjab In-charge), Shri Mantri Srinivasulu (Organizational Secretary), Shri Parminder Barar (State General Secretary), Shri Manjeet Rai, Mrs. Thandi, Mr. Babbu, Mr. Ajayveer, and himself. Their deliberations ensured that each chosen name represents a balance of commitment, local trust, and organizational capability.

Concluding the announcement, Mr. N.K. Verma remarked, “This is not just a structural change, but part of our strategic roadmap for the 2027 Punjab Assembly Elections. We are building a team rooted in ground realities, inspired by the party’s vision, and fully prepared to work for the people.
