Dr. Harsh Sadawarti, Vice Chancellor of Desh Bhagat University, presented the university’s dynamic and inclusive youth engagement initiatives during the Yuva Connect video conference chaired by Governor of Punjab and UT Administrator, Gulab Chand Kataria. As a part of the Government of India’s Viksit Bharat Yuva Connect Program, Dr. Sadawarti highlighted DBU’s strong model for youth empowerment, civic engagement, and nation-building through a wide array of impactful programs:MY Bharat Registration Drive enrolling over 2,000 students, Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament with innovative reverse roles -villagers as MPs, students as bureaucrats, Debates and Yuva Samvad on themes such as clean politics and climate action.
