Desh Bhagat University (DBU) celebrated the 79th Independence Day of India with immense patriotic fervor and enthusiasm at its campus. The event commenced with the ceremonial hoisting of the National Flag by the esteemed leadership of DBU, including Chancellor Dr. Zora Singh, Pro-Chancellor Dr. Tajinder Kaur, Vice Chancellor Dr. Harsh Sadawarti, Registrar Dr. Surinder Kapoor, and Pro-Vice Chancellor (Academics) Dr. Amarjit Singh. The ceremony was attended by numerous dignitaries, faculty members, staff, and students.
