Dr. Arvinder Pal Singh has taken charge as Civil Surgeon of District Fatehgarh Sahib. Earlier, Dr. Arvinder Pal Singh, an eye specialist (M.S. Ophthalmology), was serving as Civil Surgeon at Mansa. On assuming charge at Fatehgarh Sahib, he was warmly welcomed by all officers and staff of the department. On the occasion, Dr. Arvinder Pal Singh expressed that it is a matter of honor for him to serve on this sacred land of martyrs. He assured that he will discharge his duties with utmost dedication, honesty, and sincerity.
