Desh Bhagat University's Faculty of Social Sciences and Languages recently organized a captivating workshop focused on exploring the rich cultural heritage of the Sapta Sindhu civilization. The workshop opened with a warm welcome from Dr. Devinder Kumar, Director of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Languages, who emphasized the profound significance of Sapta Sindhu in shaping our collective identity. Distinguished resource person of the event was Dr. Varinder Garg, MD (Radiology) and OSD to President PGIMER, Chandigarh. 

The Tamil Nadu School Education Board on Wednesday announced the dates for results of Class 10, Class 11 and Class 12. The Board in a statement said that the results for Class 12 students will be announced on May 6. For the Class 11 students, the results will be on May 14 and the students of Class 10 will have their results on May 10.

Boys have outshined girls this time in the Class 10th board examination, results of which were announced by the Secondary Education Board of Assam (SEBA) on Saturday.The pass percentage of boys is 77.3 per cent, while 74.4 per cent of the female candidates passed the class 10th board exam. Among the transgender candidates, 80 per cent of them successfully passed the examination.

Common University Entrance Test (CUET-PG) concluded successfully on March 28, as planned. On Friday, UGC Chairman Professor M. Jagadesh Kumar told IANS that this year, 462,603 examinees appeared for the test, and around 950 experts and 200 translators prepared question papers for it.

Over 87 per cent of students this year passed the Class 12 board exam, the result of which was announced by the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) on Saturday.

The 10th class examinations began in the Telugu states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh on Monday.Over 12 lakh students are appearing in the exams being held across the two states.
