Sirsa Police Special Team Incharge Deepti Garg gave detailed information regarding the investigation in an anonymous letter case against CDLU professor. SSP in-charge of the special team said that in the investigation so far, statements of 470 girl students out of 539 have been recorded. Statements of some girl students are yet to be taken. Till now the investigation has revealed that the allegations of molestation of any student have not been confirmed.
ASP said that in the anonymous letter it was mentioned about deleting the CCTV footage. Nothing like this has come to light in the cyber team's investigation. ASP said that teachers and girl students have informed that some people have done such acts in the university before. In such a situation, further action is going on on this basis. On this occasion, members of the special team, Sirsa Mahila Police Station in-charge Inspector Ghanshyam and Inspector Sarvjeet Kaur were also present.
