After the whole day's ruckus in Jind on Tuesday, there was peace at Datasingh Wala border at 8 o'clock in the night. After this the farmers returned to their tractors and slept after eating. At around 11 o'clock in the night, the farmers met and made a strategy to cross the border at 10 in the morning. On the other hand, the police also reviewed its security arrangements. According to the information, more than five thousand farmers have reached the border at night.
There is a possibility of fighting at Datasingh border throughout the day today. Police is also making every kind of arrangement. A large number of villagers are also going towards Datasinghwala border. Only if there is an agreement between the government and the farmers, this movement can be stopped now, otherwise it will go much further. If the farmers cross the Data Singh border, then there is no one to stop them till Delhi.
Central government should give legal status of MSP on all crops: Kandela
Chaudhary Tekram Kandela, national convenor of Sarvajati Khap and national president of Bharatiya Kisan Mazdoor Union, has said that the central government should give legal status to the farmers' MSP on all crops and Swaminathan's report should be fully implemented for agriculture. Considering the economic condition of the farmers, all their loans should be waived off. Speaking on the farmers' movement, Kandela has said that farmers are being prevented from carrying out peaceful movements.
Everyone has the right to protest in democracy. Kandela has said that if any kind of injustice is done to the farmers, then Sarvakhap and farmer organizations are with the farmers. Everyone is being contacted to unite regarding this. Kandela said that these demands should be fully considered through talks with farmer leaders and the government so that the movement goes on peacefully. Khap Panchayats have been in favor of carrying out peace in every movement in a peaceful manner.
