Since the farmers' agitation, there is security guard at Bahadurgarh and Tikri border. Haryana Police further tightened this security at Sector-9 turn on Friday. Haryana Police and Paramilitary personnel are deployed for 24-hour security. Whereas 11 companies of Haryana Police are guarding before Tikri border. On Friday, Haryana Police further tightened security by placing large cement stones in five layers of barricading at Sector-9 turn.
Expanded the scope of the 100 feet long and 5 feet wide wall built earlier
The road leading from Bahadurgarh Sector-9 turn towards Delhi is completely closed for four days. Only two to two and a half feet path was left for the common people to walk on foot. Similarly, at Tikri border too, people have to travel on foot to reach Delhi. Here also a path has been made for the exit of one person.
Amidst these situations, people are facing a lot of problems. Police have further strengthened the security cordon at Tikri border and Sector-9 turn in Bahadurgarh. Earlier where a long wide cement concrete wall was built. Now the groove of the second cement concrete wall has been prepared. The police have installed cement barricades in such a way that as soon as the need is felt, a new wall can be built by pouring cement concrete solution between them.
Thick iron bars are also placed between the two cement barricades. All these arrangements are being constantly reviewed by the officials. Along with this, iron barricades and barbed wire have been placed on them in between the cement barricades. The security cordon of Haryana Police before Tikri border has now increased from 6 to 8 layers.
Looking at these preparations of the police, it seems that if the government does not reach an agreement with the farmers and the farmers march towards Delhi, then the farmers will not be allowed to enter Delhi under any circumstances. At present the atmosphere is calm on Tikri border. However, people are troubled by the roads closed due to police security walls.
