Another unfortunate news has come out from Khanuri border. In fact, there has been news of the death of another farmer who fought in the farmers' struggle. The deceased farmer has been identified as Darshan Singh (62), a resident of Bathinda village Guniana. Darshan Singh was persistent in the farmers' movement at the Khanuri border, during which his health deteriorated due to a heart attack and he was taken to Rajindra Hospital in Patiala. where he died It is also to be mentioned here that till now 5 farmers have died during Kisan Andolan 2.0. Before this, Shubhkaran Singh, a young farmer of Bathinda, died due to bullet injury.

On Wednesday, as soon as the farmers started moving towards Delhi from the Shambhu border, the Haryana police fired tear gas shells at the farmers, in which a young farmer Shubkaran Singh of Ballo village of Bathinda was killed. After the death of Shubkaran, the farmers have canceled the program of the Delhi march for two days. On the other hand, Agriculture Minister Arjun Munda has also invited the farmers for the fifth round meeting.

Security personnel of Haryana have used tear gas shells and water cannons at Shambhu and Khanuri border regarding farmers' exodus to Delhi. Meanwhile, there is also news of many farmers getting injured. Thousands of farmers have gathered on the Khanuri border on the Punjab side. They are determined to march towards Delhi. On the other hand, the police on the border towards Haryana have made strict security arrangements to stop the farmers. There, the Punjab-Haryana border has been converted into a cantonment.
