Chandigarh, April 2 (Agency) : Reacting to the Supreme Court granting bail to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said that truth always prevails. Truth can be suppressed, harassed but cannot be defeated. Truth never dies.
Mann said that Sanjay Singh was arrested by ED without any evidence and kept in jail for six months, but today the Supreme Court clearly said that ED has no evidence against him, so he is granted bail.
He said that BJP's motive is not to investigate, their motive is to harass AAP leaders and stop the Aam Aadmi Party. Sanjay Singh was also arrested to harass.
He said that the lies of BJP have now been exposed. Its lies are about to end soon. In this election, the people of the country will take account of BJP's dictatorship and hooliganism and will defeat it badly and throw it out of power.
