Desh Bhagat University (DBU) has become the first university in Punjab to sign an MoU with Special Olympics Bharat (SOB) to promote inclusive healthcare and education for individuals with intellectual disabilities. The MoU was signed under the leadership of Chancellor Dr. Zora Singh, Pro-Chancellor Dr. Tejinder Kaur, President Dr. Sandeep Singh, and Vice Chancellor Dr. Harsh Sadawarti. From DBU, Dr. Vikram Bali (Principal, Desh Bhagat Dental College) attended the event, while SOB Punjab was represented by Col. Karminder Singh (Advisor) and Paramjit Singh Sachdeva (Area Director).
