Narcotics recovered by the various police stations of the Fatehgarh Sahib district under NDPS Act were destroyed today under the supervision of Senior police officials and Drug Disposal committee as per the guidelines. According to the sources 743,770 Tablets, 14,512 Capsules, 77,398 Injections, 9,111 Avil Vials, 1,043.280 kg Poppy Husk, 5,800 kg Marijuana and other narcotics were destroyed today in the presence of SSP Dr. Ravjot Grewal and other officials at Punjab Chemical and Crop Protection Limited,Bhankharpur,Dera Bassi.
