Following the directions of Civil Surgeon Dr. Arvinder Pal Singh, SMO Dr. Jaspreet Singh Bedi conducted dengue inspections under the “Har Shukarvaar Dengue Te Vaar” campaign in Sirhind and Fatehgarh Sahib. Under-construction sites, nurseries, factories, and vacant plots were checked, and challans were issued where larvae were found in coordination with the Municipal Council. Dr. Bedi urged people to prevent mosquito breeding in clean stagnant water. District Epidemiologist Dr. Sampan Atri and health staff were also present.
